- Forgot your username?Use the username reminder available from the sign-in screen and check the primary email address on your account.
- Forgot your password?Reset it from the sign-in screen and follow the secure email instructions.
- Verification is not arriving?Confirm you can access the primary phone number or email saved on the account, and check spam or junk folders.
- Lost access to those methods?Use account recovery. Identity documents—and business documents for a company-owned account—may be required.
